Jorge Ivan Lugo

Jorge Ivan Lugo has a diverse work experience, spanning several industries and roles. Jorge Ivan started their career at Paychex in 2011, working in Human Resources Payroll until 2019. In 2017, they founded their own company, American Freehold LLC, where they served as the Founder & CEO. In 2019, they joined QMMS USA, LLC, initially working as a Payroll Manager before being promoted to Senior Manager of Payroll & Benefits and later Assistant Director of Payroll & Benefits. Since 2023, they have been working at The IMA Group as the Director of Payroll & Benefits. In addition to their civilian roles, Jorge Ivan Lugo has also served in the U.S. Navy Reserve, beginning as a Personnel Specialist and progressing to the positions of ENS and LTJG, Human Resources Officer.

Jorge Ivan Lugo has a Masters degree in Human Resource Management from Stony Brook University, obtained between 2017 and 2019. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelors degree in Business Management at SUNY New Paltz from 2014 to 2016. Jorge Ivan also holds an Associates degree in Business Administration from Dutchess Community College, earned from 2010 to 2012. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have certifications as a PHR from the HR Certification Institute and as a SHRM-CP from SHRM.
