Elizabeth Hardy has over 15 years of experience in the marketing and communications field. Elizabeth began their career in 2005 as the Director of Social Media & Content Creation for SBS. In 2012, they joined Social Factor as a Strategist & Community Manager. In 2014, Elizabeth worked as a Senior Associate Consultant for PulsePoint Group and also as a Strategies in Public Relations Teacher at The University of Texas at Austin. In 2017, they became the Senior Social Media Marketing Manager for Nutrabolt. Most recently, in 2021, Elizabeth joined imaware as the Head of Newsroom and Senior Social Media Manager. In these roles, they have managed content, public relations, social media, and influencer strategy, developed go-to-market strategies, implemented net new social strategies, crafted briefs for influencer campaigns, measured and reported media performance, consulted clients on communications challenges, and directed PR 352 classes.

Elizabeth Hardy attended the University of Richmond from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism, Rhetoric & Communication Studies. Elizabeth also studied Mass Communication/Media Studies at the Danish Institute for Study Abroad from 2008 to 2009.
