The Recruiting Team at IMC Trading is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across various roles within the company, including traders, technologists, and other specialists. They manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates and conducting interviews to collaborating with hiring managers and onboarding new hires.
