Justin Cain

Justin Cain has significant experience in the finance industry, particularly in investment banking and mergers & acquisitions. Justin has held various roles throughout their career, including Director of Strategic Initiatives at Imerys since March 2020. Prior to that, they served as a Director of Mergers & Acquisitions at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey from 2013 to 2019, and at UBS Investment Bank from 2011 to 2013. Furthermore, they worked as a Vice President of Investment Banking at Citi from 2010 to 2011, and as an Associate of Investment Banking at both Citi from 2006 to 2009 and Lehman Brothers from 2005 to 2006.

Justin Cain completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance, General from The University of Texas at Austin from 1995 to 1998. Justin later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, General from Yale School of Management from 2003 to 2005.
