Celine Bou Khalil is a Food Engineer with extensive experience in food safety, quality management, and consultancy. Currently employed at IMISK A.S. since November 2021, Celine has also been self-employed as a consultant in food engineering since November 2019. Prior to these roles, Celine served as Group Quality and Franchise Manager at Pop City, where responsibilities included developing franchise systems and implementing food safety management across branches. Celine's previous experience includes working as a Food Safety Consultant and trainer at Boecker and conducting research at Université de La Rochelle. Celine holds a Master’s degree in Agro-food Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering in Agricultural Engineering from Lebanese University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Saint Joseph University of Beirut. Celine completed early education at College Notre Dame de Louaize, earning a Lebanese Baccalaureate in life sciences.
