Eman Alkhozaee

Eman is a senior HR officer in Jordan. She is responsible for recruitment, organizational development, and personnel relations in the human resources unit. She also ensures all HR processes are in accordance with iMMAP policies, internal regulations, and procedures.

Eman has over 20 years of experience in the human resources field with a solid background in recruitment, labor law and social security. She brings together with her experience working in the private sector in Iraq and Jordan as well as NGOs such as MSF.

Eman holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Control and Systems Engineering, from the University of Technology of Baghdad, Iraq. She is fluent in English and Arabic.
