Mona Mendel is an experienced professional in conflict management and immigration processes, currently serving as an Informal Conflict Management Practitioner at Fisheries and Oceans Canada since October 2021. With a long tenure at the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada, Mona has held various roles since 2003, including Early Resolutions Officer and Acting Supervisor of Records and Mail, and became Co-Chair of the National Joint Committee on Mental Health in June 2020. Prior experience includes positions as an Immigration Officer and Enforcement Officer at the Canada Border Services Agency.
