Shwe Sachdev

Shwe Sachdev has extensive work experience in the field of data management and analytics. Starting in 1998, Shwe worked at Northeast Utilities in the role of Business Systems. From 2000 to 2001, Shwe worked as an Information Engineer at Quadstone, Inc. Following that, from 2001 to 2005, Shwe served as a Sr. Information Engineer at Compete, Inc. In 2005, Shwe joined Optas division of Cegedim-Dendrite as a Manager of Reporting & Analysis. From 2007 to 2008, Shwe worked as an Ad Targeting specialist at Jingle Networks 1-800-Free-411. From 2008 to 2011, Shwe served as the Business Intelligence Lead at Merkle. From 2011 to 2021, Shwe held the position of Manager, Business Applications (Business Intelligence) at NxStage Medical, Inc. From 2021 to 2023, Shwe worked at Apellis Pharmaceuticals, starting as a Manager, then becoming a Senior Manager, and finally an Associate Director in the Data Platform & Analytics department. Currently, Shwe is the Director of Global Data Management Platform & Architecture at ImmunoGen, Inc., where they oversee various activities related to data management and architecture. Shwe has experience working with a variety of stakeholders and leading teams to deliver effective business intelligence solutions.

Shwe Sachdev completed a Certificate of Study Abroad Program in Economics at the Oxford University Study Abroad Program in 1997. From 1994 to 1998, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a focus on Computer Information Systems (CIS) and International Studies, from Bryant University. In 2001, Shwe Sachdev pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from Northeastern University, which they completed in 2004.
