Blair McKinney

Blair McKinney has extensive experience in employee training and development, particularly in the biotech and plasma industry. They started their career at International BioResources, where they held various roles in Operations and eventually became the Manager of Employee Training. During their time there, they created IBR University to train plasma center staff teams.

In 2010, McKinney joined Octapharma Plasma as the Manager of Employee Training. They were responsible for developing and executing an E-learning strategy and providing field training support for multiple plasma centers. They also supported various strategic initiatives, such as the transition to a paperless client processing system and the implementation of new quality assurance training programs.

Currently, McKinney serves as the Chief Operating Officer at ImmunoTek Bio Centers, LLC. In this role, they designed and implemented a highly effective training model that improved employee competency. They also led several training and operations initiatives, allowing the company to expand from a single location to over 40 locations. Additionally, McKinney developed on-the-job training programs that ensured consistency in employee performance across all locations.
