Faz Ahmed

Faz Ahmed is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at impact.com since May 2021. Previously, Faz held the position of Talent Director at Elements Talent Consultancy from April 2018 to May 2021, where assistance was provided to high-growth tech organizations in building their hiring functions. Faz has also served as Head of Talent for Elements at Elsevier, managing a team and achieving over 300 hires across multiple European locations. Additional roles include Recruitment Account Manager at GSK, Recruitment Manager at Korn Ferry Futurestep, and various recruitment positions at TalkTalk, Bank of America, HSBC, Robert Walters, and Hays. Faz holds an MSc in Engineering Management from the University of Warwick and a BSc (Hons) in Management from Royal Holloway, University of London.
