As Senior Customer Success Director for EMEA, James leads all of impact.com’s client relationships across the EMEA region. He also oversees key relationships with platform customers that include John Lewis, TUI, Skyscanner, and Coinbase. James joined impact.com in 2016, bringing more than a decade of experience in digital marketing and partnerships to his role. Jame previously held roles at awin and affilinet prior to joining impact.com.
