Loren Temple Jr.

Loren Temple Jr. has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Loren began their career at PolyOne as a Technology Manager, where they managed corporate products and led R&D projects in the design, build, and launch of thermoformed plastic products. Loren also acted as a liaison between the sales and R&D teams, implementing process improvement strategies. After the divestiture of PolyOne's Designed Structures and Solutions Division, Loren became a Sr. Project Manager, overseeing the delivery of capital R&D projects and leading teams in designing and developing thermoformed plastic and printed containers for food products.

Loren then joined Novolex as an Engineering Manager, where they managed and coordinated engineers and technicians in manufacturing equipment design and continuous improvement projects. Loren also oversaw production lines and new product launches, ensuring compliance with OEE standards.

Currently, Loren is working at ICPG as an Operations & Engineering Manager, where they leverage their management and engineering skillset to oversee facility operations and capital project management. Loren has successfully directed the procurement, installation, and startup of multiple production lines, expanding production capabilities.

Throughout their career, Loren has demonstrated a strong ability to manage projects, lead teams, and implement strategies for business growth.

Loren Temple Jr. has a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Indiana Wesleyan University. Loren also obtained an Associates degree in Mechanical Design with a focus on Computer Design from Ivy Tech Community College.
