Denise (Dee) Watson has a diverse work experience. Denise (Dee) started their career as a BA Honours Journalism Graduate at the University of the Arts London from September 2009 to May 2012. Denise (Dee) then worked as an Internship at The Centre for Issue and Crisis Management from March 2013 to July 2013. Denise (Dee) also had a role as an Administrator at BOC UK & Ireland from September 2013 to December 2013.

Denise then transitioned into the recruitment industry, joining Office Angels as a Candidate Consultant from December 2013 to April 2015, followed by a role as a Recruitment Consultant from April 2015 to December 2016. Denise (Dee) then progressed to Senior Recruitment Consultant from January 2017 to March 2017.

Their next career move was to Impact Creative Recruitment Ltd, where they started as a Senior Recruitment Consultant in the Temporary Division from March 2017 to September 2019. Denise (Dee) then took on the role of Head & Lead Talent Partner-Temporary Support in the Temporary Division from September 2019 to present.
