Steve Downs

Steve Downs has extensive work experience in operations and supply chain management. Steve is currently the Vice President of Operations for the US at Imperial Dade since 2024. Prior to that, they served as the Regional Vice President at the same company from 2022 to 2024. Before joining Imperial Dade, Downs worked as the Senior Vice President of Operations at EBP Supply Solutions from 2019 to 2022. Steve also held the position of Senior Director of Global Warehousing and Physical Distribution at NCR Corporation from 2017 to 2019. Previously, Downs worked as the Director of Supply Chain Integration at Veritiv Corporation from 2014 to 2017.

Prior to these roles, they had an extensive tenure at Unisource World Wide, where they held various positions including VP of Operations from 2007 to 2017, Director of Transportation from 2004 to 2007, and Operations Manager from 2001 to 2004. Earlier in their career, Downs served as the Plant Manager at Ashland Chemical from 1996 to 2001 and held different roles at Costco Wholesale from 1986 to 1996, where they started as a vault clerk and eventually became a start-up manager, overseeing warehouse operations and store openings.

Steve Downs obtained an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from St. Petersburg College during the years 1985 to 1987. Steve then pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Finance from the University of South Florida from 1986 to 1990. Additionally, Steve holds a certification as a Certified Transportation Professional (CTP) from the National Private Truck Council.
