Jim Dildine

Jim Dildine is the current Chief Financial Officer at Imperva. Jim has over 20 years of progressive experience in both public and private companies, including SaaS, software, and hardware-based revenue models. Jim has experience in all aspects of finance and accounting, including acquisition due diligence and integration, equity financings, debt financings, business modeling, tax, and risk management. Jim is a strategic leader with the ability to partner at all levels, including company executives, board members, and external stakeholders. Prior to joining Imperva, Jim served as the Chief Financial Officer for Symantec's Enterprise Security business. Jim has also held positions as Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer for Blue Coat Systems (acquired by Symantec), Corporate Controller for Solexa, and Vice President, Corporate Controller for Cepheid.

Jim Dildine has a Bachelor's degree from Penn State University and a Master's/MBA from Northeastern University. Jim also attended Selinsgrove High School.

They are on a team with Moshe Lipsker - SVP, Product Development, Scott Lovett - Chief Revenue Officer, and Paul Sexton - CHRO. Jim Dildine reports to Pam Murphy, CEO.
