Noel Lam

Noel Lam, CPA, MBA has extensive experience in the field of taxation. Noel is currently serving as the Head of Tax at Imperva, where they have been employed since September 2021. Prior to that, Noel worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Tax Director from April 2018 to June 2021. Noel also held the position of Senior Tax Manager at Richline Group, Inc. (A Berkshire Hathaway Company) from August 2013 to March 2018. Noel's previous roles include Tax Manager, Finance Leader at MasterCard, Tax Consultant at Onyx Pharmaceuticals and Anritsu Company, Tax Consultant at Fujitsu, Tax Consultant at Informatica Corporation, Tax Consultant / Manager at Lam Research, and Tax Consultant at Franklin Templeton Investments. With over a decade of experience in various tax roles, Noel brings a wealth of expertise to their current position at Imperva.

Noel Lam, CPA, MBA holds a Master's degree in Tax from The University of Texas at Austin. They are also a Certified Public Accountant, having obtained their certification from the Oregon State Board of Accountancy in 2001 and from the New York State Education Department in September 2021. In addition, Noel has obtained various certifications related to cybersecurity and data protection, including ASP.NET Core Advanced Security Data Protection and Microsoft Cybersecurity Architect (SC-100) Cert Prep: 3 Design Security for Infrastructure by Microsoft Press. They are also a member of the AICPA (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants).
