Mariel Henkoff

Mariel Henkoff currently serves as Head of People at Imprint since August 2025. Previously, Mariel held multiple leadership roles at Klarna from June 2020 to July 2025, including Acting Head of Klarna North America, Head of People & Org for the Commercial segment, and Head of People for the US. Prior experience includes a position in People & Org Development at Plaid from January 2019 to May 2020, following a role as People Operations Manager at Quovo until its acquisition by Plaid. Mariel's career also includes working as an Account Manager at futurethink and as Mentoring Program Manager and National Program Coordinator at Eye to Eye National. An early internship was completed at MasterCard in Corporate Philanthropy. Mariel earned a Bachelor's degree in History, Earth and Planetary Sciences, and Science in Human Culture from Northwestern University.
