Andrew Latham

Andrew Latham has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Andrew started their career in 2000 at McLaren Racing, where they held various positions including Vehicle Dynamics Engineer, Assistant Test Engineer, Assistant Race Engineer, Test Engineer, Race Engineer, and Strategy Team Leader. In 2015, they moved to McLaren Applied Technologies as the Chief Engineer - Analytics. Currently, they are working at Improbable as the Senior Product Manager, and recently took on the role of Head of Product, Decision Support in March 2022.

Andrew Latham attended Dr Challoners Grammar School from 1990 to 1996, where they obtained A Levels in Maths, Further Maths, Physics, and Chemistry. From 1996 to 2000, they pursued a Master of Engineering degree in Engineering at the University of Oxford.
