Jodie Crawford is an experienced CIPD qualified HR generalist currently serving as Head of People at Improbable and as a Women in Games Ambassador. They have a robust background in media, music, and e-commerce, demonstrating expertise in business partnering with various corporate functions. Jodie previously held key HR roles at Red Bull, where they were Head of People for the UK, and Immediate Media Co, among others. They hold a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Westminster and a BA (HONS) in Criminology and Sociology from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
