Gheorghe Botez

Gheorghe Botez has extensive experience in human resources, starting as Head of the HR Department at SC IAME GRUP SA in 2000. Gheorghe was responsible for various HR tasks, including recruitment, training, and implementing new policies. Gheorghe then moved to SC WISCONSIN PRECISION COMPONENTS SA in 2005, where they reorganized the HR department before becoming Human Resources Director at SC IMSAT SA in 2006, overseeing recruitment, training, and personnel management for a larger workforce.

Gheorghe Botez completed a Master's degree in The Technology of Machines Construction from an undisclosed institution between 1983 and 1988. In 2004, they obtained a Diploma in Designing and Improvement of the Production Systems from the Japan International Cooperation Agency.
