Sophia Vigil

Sophia Vigil has accumulated significant experience in human resources, currently serving as Benefits Supervisor at In-N-Out Burger since December 2017, where Sophia has also held roles as Senior Benefits Administrator and Benefits Administrator. Prior to this, Sophia worked as a Benefits Administrator at YMCA of Orange County from June 2016 to December 2017 and as a Human Resources Specialist at Bank of Hawaii from September 2012 to December 2014, providing services to over 2,000 active employees and 3,000 retirees, ensuring compliance with retirement plans and bank procedures.
