IN2 Engineering is a progressive Building Services Engineering Consultancy practice with a proven track record of delivering award winning low energy building design and energy projects throughout a wide range of sectors. Due to our continued expansion we are seeking to recruit a talented, Intermediate Mechanical Engineer to assist in the effective delivery of projects. This position would involve operating within a team environment at our Dublin office, taking active roles in project leadership and client-facing activity.

Job Type / Category

  • Assist the design team for a range of projects; particularly in the commercial, civic and cultural, educational and healthcare sectors
  • Develop project scope with design team / clients including budgeting and reporting
  • Support to team leads in areas of resource management and planning to ensure successful project delivery
  • Provide fully detailed tender packages and monitor installation/quality on site until project completion.

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with at least 2 years’ experience within an engineering practice.
  • Experience of taking an active role in project delivery from concept stage to completion
  • Ability to present and communicate ideas with clients, architects and project managers
  • Aptitude for participating within a vibrant team environment
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, Autocad, Dialux, Amtech, REVIT is an advantage

Willingness to work on own initiative be proactive and display ambition to continuously improve
