Lyndsie Vale has work experience in various roles and industries. In 2016, they worked as a Front of House Team Member at Native Foods and also served as an Assistant Dance Coach at Huntington Beach Union High School District. In 2017, they took on the role of Lead Cashier at Ulta Beauty. In 2018, they interned at Gavin for Governor. In 2019, Lyndsie worked as a Research Apprentice at The Magnes Collection of Jewish Art and Life at UC Berkeley, as an intern at the California State Senate, and as a Student Director at Cal in Sacramento. Most recently, in 2020, they became an Internal Clinical Research Associate at Inari Medical.

Lyndsie Vale completed their primary education at Edison High School from 2011 to 2016. Lyndsie then pursued a higher education at Orange Coast College from 2016 to 2018, majoring in Political Science. Later, they enrolled at the University of California, Berkeley in 2018 and graduated in 2020 with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science.
