Steve Miller recently joined INB as Vice President of Client Services. He is responsible for implementing and managing a new Client Services Division which will be responsible for a call center and Customer Relationship Management systems.

Miller has a strong background in sales management, customer service, and marketing. He worked 30 years for DexMedia (formally Dontech) as a sales manager and later as senior manager of field marketing. While Dontech was primarily known for the phone book and selling ads to businesses in the phone book, it evolved into a marketing company selling marketing services in both paper and electronic formats. Throughout his tenure, Miller worked with outbound calling centers, managed large groups of sales teams, and implemented continuous product training.
