Michelle Antoine

Michelle Antoine is currently the Operations Manager at Inbound Back Office. Prior to this, they worked as a Virtual Assistant for The Crafty Assistant and as a Loan Servicing Specialist II for Chase.

Michelle has over ten years of experience in customer service and office administration. As a Virtual Assistant, they provided general office support, edited copy, wrote monthly newsletters, and helped with anything their clients needed. Michelle is proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and some Quickbooks. In their previous role at Chase, they managed credit line accounts for 30+ vehicle dealerships across the country with credit lines ranging from $100,000 to $10 million. Michelle was also responsible for reconciling account discrepancies with customers and conducting internal audits for required documentation on all lease funding.

Michelle is a hard worker who is always willing to help out wherever they are needed. Her experience and skills make their an asset to any team they are a part of.

Michelle Antoine has a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis.
