Puneet Baghla

Puneet Baghla has over 20 years of experience in finance and leadership roles. Puneet is currently the Senior Director Finance/Global Finance Operations & Corporate Finance at Incedo Inc., where they manage global controllership and finance operations across multiple countries. Puneet is responsible for board MIS, financial reporting and global consolidation, SGA controls and optimizations, corporate finance activities, global treasury and banking operations, and audits. Puneet is focused on strengthening internal controls and leveraging new ERP systems for automation, while also leading transformation projects for scalability.

Prior to their current role, Puneet served as the Head of Finance for Wellness and Skills Business at VLCC. Puneet was responsible for financial operations and management in this role.

Before VLCC, Puneet held the position of Finance Head for Enterprise Business (B2B) at Jumbo Electronics Company Limited. Their responsibilities included overseeing finance operations for the enterprise division.

Puneet also worked as the Associate Director Finance and Finance Controller at Concentrix, where they partnered with the CFO and provided financial strategy and planning at country, regional, and vertical levels. Puneet was involved in financial performance analysis, budgeting, accounting, system robustness, and compliance activities.

Prior to that, Puneet served as the FP&A Leader and Lead Contract Management at HCL Technologies, where they led financial planning and contract management for a large infrastructure business. Puneet implemented strategic business and financial plans, monitored risks, and collaborated with business leaders to drive growth.

Puneet's earlier experiences include working as a Finance Controller-ABS at Aircel Ltd, Senior Manager-Finance at Bharti Airtel Limited, Assistant Manager Finance at Tata Teleservices, and Senior Officer at HFCL Infotelconnect.

Throughout their career, Puneet has demonstrated expertise in financial management, reporting, control, and strategic planning. Puneet has a strong track record of driving business growth and successfully leading transformation projects.

Puneet Baghla completed the IFRS Certification Course in 2016 from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Puneet also obtained a degree in Chartered Accountancy from the same institute between 1998 and 2001, specializing in Financial Accounting, Financial Management, Corporate Laws, and taxation. Puneet Baghla holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B COM) degree from D A V College (Punjab University). In 2018, they participated in the Senior Leadership Program at Emeritus, focusing on Design thinking, strategy, and Digital innovation. Puneet Baghla attended Little Flower Convent School.
