Dallas Jones

Dallas Jones joined Inception 2019 were he serves as Executive Director and Head of Biology. In his current role, Dallas supports biology efforts across the different new companies incubating at Inception. Prior to joining Inception, Dallas led drug discovery programs at Abide Therapeutics and Merck. He brings expertise in drug discovery from target identification through clinical candidate selection. Dallas trained in immunology and obtained his PhD from the University of Utah. He went on to train as a postdoctoral fellow with Dr. Laurie Glimcher at Harvard prior to joining Merck in 2011. He is the author or co-author of 25 scientific publications and 6 issued patents.
