Verena Grapengeter

Verena Grapengeter has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Verena started their career at GE in 1998 as a Key Account Manager and worked there until 2004. After that, they joined GE Money Bank - General Electric as a Client Development Manager from 2005 to 2009. Following their time at GE, Verena joined GE Energy as a Senior Sales Manager for Northern Europe - Wind Services from 2009 to 2014.

In 2015, Verena joined Cisco, where they held two roles. First, they worked as a Strategic Sales IOT from 2015 to 2016. Later, they became a Strategic Partner Manager for EMEA - Global Industry Partner from 2017 to 2022.

In 2022, Verena took on a role at Weiterbildung as Digital Transformation Management & New Work from February to June. Currently, they are the Head of Sales and Business Development at Incepto, starting from July 2022.

Verena Grapengeter obtained their Master (Dipl.Ing.) degree in Technical Chemistry from Technische Hochschule Lübeck between 1992 and 1998. In 2012 and 2013, they pursued extra-occupational studies in Wind Energy Technology and Management at the ForWind Academy, which is affiliated with the Center for Wind Energy Research of the Universities Oldenburg, Hanover, and Bremen. Verena received the certification of a Certified Wind Energy Expert upon completing their studies.
