Ming Zhang

Ming Zhang is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in semiconductor technology and engineering leadership. Currently serving as Vice President of Fabless Solutions and Vice President of R&D at PDF Solutions, Ming also holds a board member position at Wave Photonics and serves as an advisory board member for InchFab. Prior roles include Distinguished Architect at Synopsys Inc., where Ming concentrated on 3DIC solutions and electronic design automation, and Co-founder & CEO of zGlue, which developed innovative chip integration solutions. Ming has held significant engineering roles at Samsung Electronics and Intel Corporation, focusing on SoC design methodologies, reliability, and low-power circuit design. Ming earned a Ph.D. and an MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a B.S. in Physics from Peking University.
