Gaurav Pant

Gaurav Pant has extensive experience in the consumer-focused enterprise and digital transformation fields. Gaurav began their career in 2002 as a Marketing employee at GE Capital. In 2003, they joined TCS, where they held various roles, including Director - Retail Product & Solutions, Industry Director - Retail & CPG, Industry Practice Lead - Retail & CPG, and Corporate Manager, CEO' Office. In 2012, they became the CEO and Chief Executive Officer of Winculum, a start-up venture that invests in and incubates B2B and B2C services and solutions. Since 2017, they have been working as the Chief Insights Officer at Incisiv, where they help benchmark customer experience and digital capabilities, baseline current or expected impact from transformation initiatives, and improve profitability of digital or omnichannel operations for long-term viability.

Gaurav Pant's education history includes an MBA from Management Development Institute, Gurgaon in Marketing and Strategy from 2001 to 2003, an MBA from BI Norwegian Business School in Strategy from 2002 to 2003, a BA(H) Eco in Economics from Delhi University, and schooling from Mother's International School from 1986 to 1998.
