Khaled Taymour has been working in the field of software engineering and geographic information systems since 2013. In 2013, they worked as a Geoscientist at BP, where they supported the development plan and the water flood Conformance Review for Ramadan field, Gulf of Suez. khaled also contributed to the RTL (Reservoir technical limit) for the North Gulf of Suez and Offshore Nile Delta wells. In 2015, they worked as a Teaching Assistant at Faculty of Science, Alexandria University, where they coached and demonstrated "Prospect Generation Graduation Project" working on Petrel and Techlog software packages. In 2017, they worked as a Planner at Oil and Gas Skills - OGS, where they planned the training for individuals for over 14K personnel in more than 15 courses at Zohr gas field. In 2018, they worked at EDGE Pro for Information Systems as a Geographic Information System Developer and GIS Technical Support Engineer. In 2019, they worked as a Frontend Engineer at Esri Northeast Africa (Esri NeA), where they developed web applications for public safety and emergency response sector in the US. Currently, they are working as a Frontend Engineer at Incorta, where they are implementing new responsive designs for a modern performant web platform for data management, analytics, and BI. khaled is also building and implementing Data Apps marketplace.
Khaled Taymour has a diverse educational background. khaled began their studies in 2008 with a Bachelor's Degree in Petroleum Geology from Alexandria University. In 2015, they completed their Pre-Masters Studies in Petroleum Geosciences at Cairo University. In 2016, they earned a Diploma in Information Technology from the Information Technology Institute (ITI). Khaled has also obtained several certifications, including Learn Responsive Web Development from Scratch from EDUONIX in 2020, Fundamentals of GIS from Coursera in 2020, and Intro to Machine Learning from Google in 2019. khaled is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Information Technology from the Institute of Graduate Studies and Research (IGSR) and is expected to complete it in 2022. khaled has also completed a Web Development Professional NanoDegree Program from Udacity in 2021, and a Front End Web Development Advanced (Webpack, React & Redux) Nanodegree Program from Udacity in 2021. Additionally, Khaled has obtained certifications from Google, Esri, and Udemy.
