Pratap Khanwilkar

VP, San Antonio at Incube Labs

Pratap has more than 30 years of experience as a serial medtech entrepreneur. Pratap has founded eight companies and has several patents to his name. Prior to joining InCube, Pratap was the founding Coulter Program Director, Professor and Executive-In-Residence at the University of Pittsburgh. There he led the Coulter PittTranslational Research program to become one of the most productive and emulated in the country.

Pratap leads InCube’s product development, including engineering, manufacturing development and quality assurance, and helps develop and implement pre-clinical and clinical studies. He also promotes the growth and evolution of InCube’s San Antonio facilities, including related University and Community relations. Pratap received his undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, and his graduate degrees (MS, PhD in Bioengineering, MBA) are from the University of Utah. He is a Fellow of the American Institute for Medical & Biological Engineering.
