Abigail Baker

Abigail Baker is a seasoned risk officer and attorney with over 20 years of experience in legal and risk management. Currently serving as Policy Development Counsel at InDebted, they lead a global policy management program and ensure compliance with regulatory expectations. Baker previously held senior roles at the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond and Capital One, focusing on enterprise risk management, policy governance, and compliance. They also played a pivotal role in fostering diversity and inclusion within organizations, notably as an executive sponsor for an employee resource group supporting LGBTQ+ employees. Abigail is currently pursuing a Doctor of Law degree at the University of Richmond School of Law.
