Rimonda has previous experience in various HR leadership roles in companies such as Secure Code Warrior, uno Home Loans, and MOQdigital, where Rimonda focused on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and building strong people and culture capabilities. With a background in Psychology & Economics from the University of Sydney, Rimonda has a wealth of experience in developing HR strategies and fostering inclusive and growth-focused work environments.
