Main Purpose

As a BDR, you will play a key part in expanding the reach of our mission to help people get jobs amongst our enterprise and mid-market clients. This role will generate leads and create sales opportunities for our Enterprise Sales Team. The BDR will also play a vital role in the rollout of post-sale national enterprise clients by engaging with site-level contacts to implement our solution.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Work closely with the B2B Marketing team to execute on campaigns and provide feedback on MQLs and campaigns.
  • Work closely with Sales and other members of the BDR Leadership team to improve opportunity management and qualification processes.
  • Work closely with Sales to identify areas of improvement for the BDR Teams
  • Work in collaboration with Content, Marketing Program Managers, and Product Marketing to develop effective messaging to convert inbound interest into qualified pipeline
  • Accurately forecasts weekly, monthly, and quarterly attainment

Requirements

  • Strong ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
  • Have experience in mapping accounts to ensure a correct account strategy
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to coach and develop a team
  • Have experience using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and an analytical mindset 
  • Previous experience of managing individual contributors
  • Strong ability to partner with teams across multiple functions of the business, including marketing, enterprise sales, implementation, and account management
  • Have a natural ability to persistently motivate yourself and others by leading from the front
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to collaborate and communicate effectively with relevant internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • High-level of technical acumen and proficiency to learn and utilize new software and technologies quickly to continuously evolve and improve our tech-driven advantage
  • High-level of analytical and critical thinking skills with a strong drive to investigate, analyze, and resolve simple and complex problems
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities and meet conflicting deadlines with minimal direct supervision
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace software suite
  • Highly proficient with utilizing several tools to enable real-time collaboration with a globally distributed workforce, such as Miro, Monday, Salesforce, Google Meet, Zoom, Slack, etc
