Jamie Madden is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning and development within the tech and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as Senior Manager for Sales & Client Success Learning & Development at Indeed since October 2015, Jamie has held multiple leadership positions focusing on training design and onboarding processes across various teams in EMEA and APAC. Prior to Indeed, Jamie was a Learning & Development Specialist at O2 Ireland, overseeing training agendas for business sales and consumer care. Early career experience includes roles at Soundstore and Telefonica O2. Jamie holds a Certificate in IT from Central College Limerick and is a certified Insights Discovery Practitioner.
