Shruti Kaushik

Shruti Kaushik has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Shruti is currently working as a Project Lead at Indegene, where they are responsible for providing Learning & Development Solutions in the Medical Affairs market. Prior to this, Shruti worked at Thieme Group as a Manager and Project Manager, overseeing project management standards and strategies, planning and monitoring projects, and ensuring timely and flawless project delivery to clients. Shruti also has experience at LifeCell International Pvt. Ltd, where they served as a Center Head and Account Manager, with responsibilities including product development, marketing activities, budgeting, client retention, and business development planning. Additionally, Shruti has worked at Prayas Institute of Juvenile Justice as a Project Specialist, handling various projects related to children, education, environment, and poverty alleviation. Shruti has also worked as a Senior Research Fellow/Analyst at Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), conducting research on molecular characterization of viruses and symbionts. Earlier in their career, Shruti worked as a Research Trainee at MITS and Amrit Foods Pvt., focusing on genome annotation, docking studies, and technological aspects of the food industry. Shruti also gained research experience as a Research Trainee at the Defence Institute of Physiology and Allied Sciences, where they conducted studies on immunomodulation and recombinant DNA technology.

Shruti Kaushik holds a Master of Technology (MTech) degree in Biotechnology, Bioinformatics from Madhav Institute of Technology and Science, Gwalior. Shruti completed their MTech studies from 2011 to 2013. Prior to their postgraduate studies, Shruti obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Biotechnology from the Institute of Engineering and Technology. Shruti attended this institute from 2007 to 2011. Shruti's education journey began at Kendriya Vidyalaya, where they completed their 10+2 studies in the Science field from 2003 to 2007.
