Tapsi Dubey Saxena

Tapsi Dubey Saxena has extensive work experience in various companies and roles. Tapsi is currently serving as the Director of Corporate Strategy at Indegene since August 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Merck Group in multiple roles, including Director of Strategy, PMO, and Commercial Enablement from June 2022 to August 2022, Director of Projects and Strategy from November 2021 to June 2022, and Senior Manager of Projects and Strategy from January 2021 to October 2021.

Before joining Merck Group, Tapsi worked at L.E.K. Consulting as a Senior Consultant from October 2019 to January 2021 and as a Consultant from October 2018 to October 2019. Tapsi also gained experience as an Investment Banking Associate at Solganick & Co. from May 2017 to August 2017. Tapsi started their career as an Application Developer at Oracle Financial Services Software Limited and served in that role from August 2013 to May 2016.

Tapsi Dubey Saxena completed their education at two prominent institutions. From 2009 to 2013, they attended Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Chemical. Later on, from 2016 to 2018, they pursued a Full-Time MBA at USC Marshall School of Business, focusing on Strategy, Finance & Entrepreneurship.
