Shouky Dan

Shouky Dan is the current VP of Services & Support at Indeni. Prior to joining Indeni, Shouky worked as a Data Analysis Consultant at Techinut from July 2009 to February 2011. From July 2007 to April 2010, Shouky worked as the Director of Customer Support at DVTel. In this role, they were responsible for establishing the customer support activities in the company's Israeli subsidiary. From November 2010 to June 2013, Shouky worked as the Regional Operations Manager for West Europe at Comverse. In this role, they were responsible for managing 4 Operation Managers located in Europe and for daily operations management for over 50 Telecom companies in Europe. Prior to their role as Regional Operations Manager, Shouky served as the Director of Global Customer Support Operations and as the Director of Technologies, Customer Support at Comverse from January 1989 to January 2002.

Shouky Dan studied computer science at Tel Aviv University and Forest-Hills High School.
