Alexandra Jorgensen

Alexandra Jorgensen currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Independence Blue Cross, a position held since September 2024. Prior to this role, Alexandra was the Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Penn Medicine, University of Pennsylvania Health System from November 2022 to September 2024, and the Chief Human Resources Officer at Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health from September 2017 to September 2024. Alexandra has extensive experience in human resources leadership, having also held positions such as Associate Vice President of Human Resources at The University of Miami Health System and Health System Director of Human Resources at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Earlier in their career, Alexandra worked at Stoltz Management, The Dubin Group, and International Personnel Services, specializing in human resources and management. Alexandra holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Ursinus College and completed high school at the American School of Madrid.
