Harry Buscher

Harry Buscher, MPA, has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in risk adjustment and data delivery. Currently serving as the Director of Risk Adjustment and Data Delivery at Independence Blue Cross, Harry has also held positions such as Manager of Risk Analytics Part D and Quality Assurance, and Supervisor of Risk Analytics, Compliance, and Quality Assurance within the same organization. Prior to this, Harry was the Director of Application Development at MAXIMUS, demonstrating a strong background in both risk analytics and application development.
