Jodie Brooks

Jodie Brooks is the Head of Governance & Risk at Independent Age since December 2020. Prior to this role, they worked at Papworth Trust for over a decade as the Quality Assurance Manager, where they implemented a compliance management system leading to organizational culture transformation and achieving high care provision standards. Jodie also worked at Cambridgeshire County Council, improving project management capabilities, and at Suffolk County Council in a project support role. They graduated from the University of East Anglia in 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership.
