Daren Springer has a diverse work history in operational and technology leadership roles. Daren started at Sitel / ClientLogic / Softbank Services Group, where they worked as a Director of Contact Center Operations. Daren then went on to be the Vice President of Customer Service and Claims Operations at HealthNow New York Inc.(BCBS of WNY). Daren later joined COPC Inc. as the Managing Director of the Healthcare Practice before moving to Ortho Clinical Diagnostics as the Senior Manager of Customer Experience & Technical Solutions Centers. Currently, they are at Independent Health, where they have held positions such as the Director of Operational Reporting, Director of Service Operations Center, and Director of Business Information & Technology Solutions. Throughout their career, Daren has focused on optimizing processes and technologies to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Daren Springer holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a Marketing Concentration from the University at Buffalo School of Management, The State University of New York. Daren also received an Executive Education Certificate in Leadership For Extraordinary Performance from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. Additionally, they hold certifications in COPC Registered Coordinator and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt.
