Chrp Melody Gansukh

Melody Gansukh, CHRP has a diverse range of work experience in the HR field. Melody currently works as a People Operations Specialist at Index Exchange, starting in February 2022. Prior to this, they held the role of People Services Specialist at Surrey Place from April 2021 to February 2022 and served as a Human Resources Specialist from May 2019 to April 2021 at the same company. Melody also gained valuable experience as an HR Associate at Griffin Centre Mental Health Services from July 2018 to May 2019. Their earlier experience includes roles at Kerry's Place Autism Services, where they worked as a Residential Coordinator from November 2015 to July 2018, and as an Autism Support Assistant from September 2013 to November 2015.

Melody Gansukh, CHRP has a strong educational background in the field of Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. Melody obtained a Certificate in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from York University, where they studied from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Toronto, where they attended from 2007 to 2012.

In addition to their formal education, Melody has also pursued several additional certifications. Melody obtained a Volunteer Management Foundations certification from Volunteer Toronto in May 2017. In January 2017, they obtained a Crisis Prevention Intervention certification. In September 2016, they completed a training course titled "Improving Fire Safety for Vulnerable Ontarians: Training for Supervisory Staff," which was offered by The Office of the Fire Marshal and Emergency Management. Melody also holds a First-Aid/CPR-C Certificate obtained in October 2015 and a Medication Administration Certificate obtained in October 2014. Finally, they obtained a Quality Behavioural Competencies certification in January 2014.
