Chanel Goushe

Chanel Goushe worked at Indgro Outsourcing (Pty) Ltd in various roles. Chanel started as a Branch Manager in 2007 and then transitioned to the role of Project Manager in 2008. As a Project Manager, they were responsible for developing efficient business processes, analyzing problem areas, and providing leadership in business-oriented project management. In 2016, Chanel became the Head of Human Resources, a position they currently hold.

Chanel Goushe's education history starts with their completion of the Matric Certificate at Grenville High School from 1990 to 1993. Chanel then pursued further education and obtained a Human Resources Higher Certificate from Damelin in 2002 and 2003. In 2010, Chanel attended Siyaya Skills Training and studied Business Practices. That same year, they also completed a training program in Training Facilitation at Primeserv Training. In 2011 and 2012, Chanel enrolled in Primeserv Training again and focused on becoming a Skills Development Facilitator. Following that, they attended Primeserv again in 2011 and 2012, but this time, there is no mention of a degree program. Chanel continued their education in 2013 at Imsimbi Training, where they earned a Mentoring and Coaching Certification in Coaching and Mentoring.

In addition to their formal education, Chanel Goushe has obtained several additional certifications. Chanel obtained a Mentoring and Coaching certification from Services SETA in September 2014, a BBBEE: Skills Development and Management Control certification from BEESA Group in October 2013, a Skills Development Facilitator certification from Primeserv HR Solutions in February 2012, a First Aid Level 1 certification from Action Training Academy in August 2011, a Competency Based Recruitment certification from APSO in July 2011, a Certificate of Appreciation from LUSA Community Chest in May 2011, an AARTO and the impact on your business certification from SA Labour Guide in February 2011, a Training Facilitator certification from Primeserv HR Solutions in February 2011, and a Safety, Health and Environmental Representative certification from Action Training Academy in March 2010.
