Alankrit Senger has a diverse work experience in the sports industry. Alankrit started their career as a Professional Squash Player for the Squash Rackets Federation of India from 2001 to 2009. Alankrit then pursued an MBA at Shri Ram College of Commerce from 2012 to 2014.

In 2016, Alankrit joined Nurturing Excellence In Sports Trust as a Project Coordinator. Alankrit served as the project head for the 'Himalaya Mein Heeron Ki Khoj' initiative, conducting talent scouting trials in multiple districts across Uttarakhand, Tripura, and Arunachal Pradesh.
Alankrit's most recent role was at India On Track in 2019, where they served as the City Head for Major League Baseball (MLB). Alankrit worked closely with MLB officials to promote baseball in the Delhi NCR region and led the Delhi NCR component for MLB First Pitch, organizing baseball learning sessions for over 100 schools and reaching approximately 11,000 students.
Alankrit Senger completed their education at multiple institutions. Alankrit attended Army Public School from 1993 to 2006, where they pursued a general curriculum without any specific degree or field of study mentioned. Following this, they enrolled in St. Paul's Senior Secondary School from 2006 to 2008, where they obtained a High School Diploma in the field of Business/Commerce. Alankrit then moved on to Sri Venkateswara College, Delhi University, from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce.
