Minaxi Mistry has over two decades of experience in the travel and hospitality sector, currently serving as the Director of Leisure Sales at Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces since October 2014, where responsibilities include enhancing leisure sales across a luxury portfolio and expanding market share in key regions. In conjunction with this role, Minaxi has held the position of Director of Leisure Sales - Global for the UK & Ireland at The Indian Hotels Company Limited during the same period. Previous roles include UK, Ireland & India Sales Representative for &Beyond, where sales for 33 five-star safari lodges were managed, and Sales & Marketing Manager at Mantis Collection, which included establishing the brand in the India market.
