Sonu Singhal is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as a Sous Chef at Sayaji Hotels Ltd since October 2022. With a strong background in prestigious hospitality establishments, Sonu has held various sous chef roles at The Pride Hotels and Amber Resort, and has also advanced through positions such as Chef De Partie at Grand Hyatt Doha and Junior Sous Chef at The Fishermen Wharf. Commencing a culinary career at The Park Hotels, Sonu progressed from Commi to Demi Chef De Partie during tenure at Hyatt Hotels Corporation. Educational credentials include a Hotel Management degree from Jpihm Meerut and training in Culinary Arts from S.M.J.E.C. Inter College.
