As a Clinic Supervisor at the IHTC, you will be responsible for promoting and supervising clinical staff in the daily operations of the clinic to assure comprehensive care management, a positive patient experience and efficient clinic workflows.
· Provide direct oversight and day to day leadership to the clinical team to promote a sense of cohesiveness and effective team interactions across disciplines, while promoting efficient operations and positive patient experience and engagement.
· Schedules staff and coordination of services to maintain workflow continuity as appropriate to ensure adherence to quality standards, or best practice standards utilizing MASAC guidelines and WHF Hemophilia Management Guidelines, established IHTC procedures and timeline commitments.
· Assists on the onboarding of new staff, conducts monthly one on one meetings with staff, conducts performance reviews and year-end evaluations of assigned staff.
· First line resolution of patient concerns, complaints or questions regarding policies and procedures.
· Ensures staff maintain accurate recording and tracking of essential clinic functions, i.e., EMR documentation, correspondence, incident reports, consents, orders/referrals, etc.
· Works in collaboration with the Front Office Supervisor to ensure a cohesive team approach between clinic and front office as it relates to patient movement to and from clinic.
· Disaster point person in collaboration with Clinic Manager re: safety and direction of patients and staff during fire, tornado, or other emergencies.
· Works closely with the Clinic Nurse Manager on clinic operational issues related to revision of policy and procedure, resources, communication and proactive QI/PI development, implementation, and outcome evaluation
