Matt Radford has had a varied career, beginning in 2015 with an internship at the International Rescue Committee as an Economic Development and Empowerment Intern. In 2016, they joined FactSet as a Client Consultant. In 2019, they began working with element22 as a Management Consultant, and later a Management Consultant in Data Strategy & Operations. In 2022, they joined Peak as a Customer Success Manager and Indico Data as a Customer Success Manager.

Matt Radford attended Loyola University Maryland from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Quantitative Economics with minors in Philosophy and Mathematics. In 2017, they obtained a certification in Energy Innovation and Emerging Technologies from Stanford University.
